Carl Kappes, MD, FAAP
Physician
Dr. C. “Joe” Kappes has lived in Augusta since 1997, is married and has six children. His professional education includes his Medical Doctorate from the Medical College of Ga, here in Augusta, and a specialty in Pediatrics from Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, Tennessee. Dr. Kappes is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been involved in local and foreign mission work and with the youth at his church. He has special interest in Newborns, Asthma, Sports Medicine and ADHD/Mental Health. When relaxing you can find Dr. Kappes in the mountains, at the beach or reading a book.

Julie Kappes, CPNP-PC, PMHS
Nurse Practitioner
Julie has lived in Augusta since 2000. She is married and has six children and six grandchildren. Her professional education includes a Master of Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia and the KySS Mental Health fellowship for Children and Adolescents. She is Board Certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. She has focus a focus on behavioral health needs in the pediatric population.

Hannah Sibley, MSN, CPNP
Nurse Practitioner
Hannah has recently relocated from North Carolina. She chose to pursue a career in pediatrics as a nurse practitioner after her years as a nurse in the pediatric cardiac intensive care unit. Her training background includes pediatric dermatology and general pediatric care for newborns to teenagers. Her goal is to provide both patients and their families with the care, support, and tools to allow children to grow to their fullest potential. She strives to create an environment where the patient is at the forefront of the decision-making process. Her highest priority is to ensure a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.
